S.R.L. is one of the producers leaders and main exporters of frozen sea products
in Peru. The company, founded in August 1977, has a great of accumulated
experience in the fishing business for direct human consumption and it is a
successful leader in terms of volume of production and in products with
excellent quality .
COINREFRI S.R.L has a outstanding professional staff with
vast experience in the area of frozen sea products. The joined effort of our
staff from different areas is concentrated in producing marine products with
good value according to the most exigent quality controls.

the world, we have the respective knowledge, which permits us to have quick
answers to the changeable needs of our clients and world market. For this

OUR FACILITIES
The processing plant is located in Paita, one of the most important sea ports in
Peru. Our facility has cooking and freezing equipment with advanced technology
and we are located in front of the principal sea dock in Paita (150 MT of our
plant), which permits us to assure the maximum freshness and best quality of our
products. We have the capacity to process and freeze around 70 tons of finished
products per day, so we can be partners for long term business programs for big
volumes.
OUR QUALITY
The principal goal of the company is the quality.
Our quality is recognized in many countries. We fulfill the more exigent
programs of quality and innocuousness control, based on the principles of Hazard
Analysis and Control of Critical Point System (HACCP), Good Manufacturing
Practices and management of quality systems, which are revised and improved
constantly. Our installations and processing methods satisfy and fulfill
national and international norms and regulations of food and health, for both
European Community and USA Food and Drug Administration (FDA); that is the
reason that we can sell our products in all the world. Our sanitary
authorization number for European Community is PO73-PAI-CRIG.
We always get very high quality and refrigerated raw material
from our fleet which is transported in refrigerated vehicles to our plant. Also,
our strategic location is advantageous for us, as the fishing area is located at
little hours from the processing place.
OUR PRODUCTS
The Peruvian sea offers to us a diverse quantity of sea species available
for world market.
Also, we adapt our processes and controls to serve the demands and requirements
of our clients for different species and presentations. We produce diverse of
frozen products, which are used in all markets, from elaborated raw material for
processing plants to products with added value sold to distribution centers for
