ILLARI S.A.C. processing plant located in Talara (into Piura at 1200km north of Lima City) with a modern design in the different production lines working the 100% for the exportation.
Some of our main products are: conger eel fillets, giant squid fillets, giant squid rings, giant squid tentacles, giant squid wings, giant squid buttoms, giant squid sticks, giant squid breading products, giant squid boiled fillets, loligo squid, etc.
We have our own fleet and also the external fleet supply us raw material maintaining a sanitary and quality strict control to assure the maximum level of freshness. We operate under HACCP approval in all our processes. Our processing plant has sanitary authorization No PO91-TAL-ILLA.
Our main markets are: Spain, China, Korea, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, South Africa, Philippines, Australia, Lithuania, Latvia and Russia, etc.
